Just seen an ad for Kailo pain patches and wondering if they would help RLS?? I'm finding Therapulse once a day on each leg really helps...but going on a long flight in Jan and not sure if I'll be able to recharge. The cost is high for Kailo..one patch about £90!Anyone tried Kailo patches??

Let's hope that someone has real experience of this. A couple of people have asked this question here before, but if they've then tried it I've not seen any feedback. The general tenor of the few members replies was 'doubtful that this will help RLS'. Reviews elsewhere of their efficacy as pain relief have been very mixed - from "it works for me" to "it's a scam".

The general question of long haul flight relief comes up fairly often: for example see this query and replies

Interesting product - apparently uses nano-technology to deliver a similar result to a TENS machine. It's a pretty high one star reviews on Amazon (19% of 2800). I never buy anything if it's over 10%. Only a couple of reviews and RLS - both panned it.

Umm - you "never buy anything if it's over 10%" Did you mean under 10%?

It confused me too, at first, but what Dic means is that if BAD reviews (one star) are more than 10%, it's a no-go.

Yes - If the one star reviews are more than 10% of all reviews, I usually won't buy it. That said, I usually read a bunch of them to see if it was a problem with shipping or some other reason. Also, with some supplements - there are a lot of informed people in the reviews with additional information that might prove useful.

Think it's a non starter. But worth mentioning!
