Gabapentin side effect?

Woke up with an irritated throat. Second day on Gabapentin. Anyone else have this ?

A sore throat is possible although not a common side effect of gabapentin but I would be more likely to think it was from something else.

Because it's in capsule form, maybe have a cracker or biscuit after taking it. What do you think Sue? Gabapentin really bothers my throat if I don;t take it with something like that.

So it’s not the Gabapentin, instead it’s the dreaded Covid! I tried hard not to get it, but I guess that’s the way it goes. 😫

Hi thereI've been taking gabapentin for some time and I definitely feel it has affectedy voice. It's not a sore throat but my voice is often hoarse.
