It is used in Parkinson's Disease so I image it is fine for RLS.

From FDA study.

Restless legs is found among people who take Vesicare, especially for people who are female, 60+ old, have been taking the drug for 1 - 2 years.

The phase IV clinical study analyzes which people take Vesicare and have Restless legs. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 27,943 people who have side effects when taking Vesicare from the FDA, and is updated regularly. You can use the study as a second opinion to make health care decisions.

Unfortunately this means nothing. It simply means that some people who take vesicare have RLS. I have checked eHealthMe a number of times and finally realized that it means nothing. If you put in gabapentin it will show that people who take gabapentin have restless legs. ehealthme.com/ds/gabapentin... Another example ibuprofen and restlesslegs ehealthme.com/ds/ibuprofen/...
