I hope you will be OK and it all goes well for you.

If those antibiotics make you feel ill get yourself some probiotics to help you out.

Take care.

Hope you feel better soon and that your RLS settles down again.I agree you need some good probiotics to replace the good bacteria killed off by the antibiotics.

I have just had 3 rounds of antibiotics(10mg Keflex) to treat a staph infection in my leg.Do u take probiotics in the morning or at night?

Is it important to take them on an empty stomach.?

I use Symprove which is one of the best available and take in the morning 10 mins before food.Other probiotics will say on the pill bottle how to take.

I experience a real spike in limb movements after taking a course of antibiotics. It usually settles down again after a month or so. I hope you feel better soon.

I understand and am so sorry your legs won't settle down. I prayed with thanksgiving that the almighty God would stop the restless legs and praise Him He has. I realize He doesn't always answer our prayers immediately or it seems never but he healed me. He healed me. If you are His child through Christ Jesus I urge you to pray with thanksgiving. This is a miracle for me. I will pray for auldreekie18.
