Bedding and mattress

Hi all!

Any suggestions on what is a good mattress and what quilt (materials) plus covers (material) are beneficial.

I have had shiny sateen one once and it died with me kicking all night. Was lovely and cool though.

I am thinking off getting a long 12 ft sleeper/nursing cushion to put between my knees and snuggle up to. Has anyone tried this. I have RLS and bad periodic limp movement. Sleeping in a double bed alone for that reason.

Thanks for your suggestions.

I prefer to sleep on linen bedding, because it is both more durable and more pleasant, it is cool in the heat and warm in the winter, besides, the linen in this store en.linentexture.com/ is very soft, and it seems to me that it is easier for my skin to breathe and even like less dust.
