Confused terrible muscle aches in lower back and legs can hardly walk ,I do not know if it is the Gabapentin or the withdrawal of Pramipexole ,I have been off Pramipexole for 6 weeks and on 1800mg of Gabapentin plus 50mg tramadol at night time ,the Gabapentin is stopping the R.L.S and no other effects except this muscle and joint pain ,would hate to come off Gabapentin if it is causing this hoping it is the Pramipexole withdrawal how long does it take .

If pain was part of your RLS, it could be continuing withdrawal symptoms. I never had pain as part of RLS, just that unbearable creepy, crawly nerves wound up feing. Withdrawal can last months. However, this sounds like something else. Pain and losing ability to walk is something you should see your GP about as soon as possible.

Seeing Dr on Friday will see what she says I am wondering if it is the Ibuprofen going to stop taking it and see what happens .

I have stenosis of my lower back that feels like that. Finally got relief with shots in my back. It had nothing to do with my rls.
