That's great that you are off the pramipexole! When did you start the gabapentin? It takes 3 weeks to be fully effective. Assuming you did this, it still takes at least a couple weeks for the withdrawal from pramipexole to settle down, so I would wait for a couple of weeks before increasing the gabapentin.

Don't stop the tramadol yet as you obviously need it. In fact you may need more temporarily. You can safely go up to 200 mg, Take the 600 mg 1 to 2 hours before bedtime and 300 mg 4 hours before bedtime. But as mentioned above it is not going to help much yet. Perhaps you came off the pramipexole too quickly. I would be tempted to go back on it at half the .088 dose while still taking the gabapentin to both help on your symptoms and to give the gabapentin the 3 weeks necessary to work. Wait to increase the gabapentin until the 3 weeks have passed and preferably until a couple weeks after you are off the pramipexole. Then increase 100 mg every couple of days and take the increased amount with the 300 mg until you reach 1200 mg total, then any additional 6 hours before bedtime. Hang in there. It will get better.
