I have bought myself an elastic strap/fitness band and find it helpful when watching TV and RLS flares up. It stops it instantly and I get to watch my favourite program. Hope this helps!

Certainly worth a try ..as no side effects! Do you have to hold the strap all the time or can you fix it in done way ?!Like the idea....
I do leg gymnastics. Up and down. Constant move. Feels very relaxing. I hold the strap.
