Oxycodone stopped. working, help

I found out this weekend that my Oxycodone isnt stopping my rls. Also I have a wierd tremor. I will make a gp slot 2moro and I am contacting a Prof in London rea Buprnorphine poss change over.

I am wondering whats best to swop to untill I see Prof Watson. What do you think is best?

I have a buprenorphine patch as well as oxycodone - also baseline paracetamol which helps in combination with the opiods. I hope that helps.
