Well folks next chapter , firstly thank you all for your concerns and ideas wow so glad I found this site ,

It's now 7.30 am and yup been up all night in fact talking all night at the nurses station , Obviously in increments of rocking back n forth and walking round the ward , trying to explain what it was like , unfortunately you can't as we all know , if I'm asked one more time if I want a paracetamol ! I won't be responsible for my actions !

It's bad enough having an episode at home when your pacing round your home in the early hours , but when your in a place that should be helping and comforting you plus your Obviously in because of an illness, well ?

I'm waiting for the consultant to come round and armed with all the information you have all contributed have a good talk

Incidently the hospital pharmacy always sends a pharmacist to the wards and asks you what meds your on , surely they should have picked up on something my only dread is if the hospital has been in touch with my pharmacy to reduce the meds in my doset box , I may have another fight there , will keep you all updated,

Once again thank you all so much I really am so grateful

Thanks for the update. Don't give up.

When we finally succeed in getting RLS taught at medschool and training of nurses, the main/first issue must be recognition of the severity of RLS. It almost exclusively gets described as "benign". It is not. Not at all.

Smurff sending lots of sympathy.

Have you got in touch with PALS like Pippins2 advised. I’ve been reading up about them, and they are really a good service to advocate your concerns to the hospital. Really good. Consider it.

Keep us posted. Your experience has been playing up mind.

Stay strong!
