I use Calm Legs by Native Origins. Amazon has it and so do other websites. I have a spinal cord injury.

The Only Product That Has Worked For Me
Hi Carolie, how much do you take and what time of day?
The standard dose is two capsules and I take it at bedtime.
It might be the iron in the Calm Legs that’s giving you relief. See my profile page ;).
I wouldn't be surprised if the iron is helping. I tried taking an iron supplement but it didn't help.
It’s good you are getting relief from Calm Legs. However, I feel I should mention that anyone taking a blood thinner should be aware vitamin E can thin blood even more and cause a bleed. Unfortunately I take Xarelto so cannot try Calm Legs - if only. I hope you continue to get good results.
Calm Legs is a blood thinner? How do you know this? Just curious...🤔
I am not saying Calm Legs is a blood thinner but when you are taking a blood thinner you need to be extra cautious of the contents of any supplement. The Vitamin E content is the part which could affect your blood thinner and make it more possible to have a bad bleed.Another supplement which is widely used is omega 3 and again this has a blood thinning effect. Anyone in doubt can run it by a pharmacist. Good Wishes
Pretty stiff price for a multi-vitamin with iron. I would take a more full featured multi-vitamin like Life Extension 2 Per Day and add Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate (Ferrochel). I take the LE 2/day because it uses the better forms of B Vitamins (B6 as P5P, Folate as Quadrofolic, and B12 as methylcobalamin).

I happen to be taking the Life Extension B Complex. I've tried taking all the recommended supplements for RLS by Life Extension and it didn't work. Go figure. I don't think it is a placebo effect. I wish Restful Legs helped me. While I'm wishing having RLS when you have a hip that needs to be replaced is beyond description painwise.
Some of us find Hylands Restful Legs helpful.
