I have had to rejoin using my hubby's details. This has happened several times now

It would be best to contact HealthUnlocked, they are more likely to be able to help.

On PC/laptop there's a "Contact us" link doesn't appear to be one in the mobile app.

I hope you get this sorted, Pips. I noticed you didn't respond to the replies to your earlier post about the difficulty with reducing the neupro further. We now know why.

Right, OK. I thought that you were another Pipps/Pippin. So this is still ongoing and I shall go back to the drawing board and try and find out what is going on. Thank you for letting me know that your username was restless. That is helpful. ;)

HU have just checked your email logs and seen that all your emails out to the email address associated with the restlesslady account are being rejected, so you will not be able to reset your password.

It is possible you may have made an error when adding your email during your account set up. HU would like you to contact them directly at support@healthunlocked.com
