Admin Why have I stopped getting mail from HelthUnlocked?

I haven't had a daily mail update since 04/03/2024. I have checked all my settings which seem to be correct.

Presumably you've checked your email notifications section and the

'From my communities Digest frequency:' flag is still set to DAILY?

(If that's what you want: I keep mine set to NEVER so can't check whether this is a general problem)

As I said, I've checked all my settings (which I never adjust anyway)

I am receiving daily notifications - no problem.

my mail stopped and I discovered for some reason it was going to spam.

I switched on Daily Digest yesterday to try it and it worked this morning, so it doesn't appear to be a site problem...

Have you checked your spam box? This has happened to me and I found the notification had gone into spam, for no obvious reason.

Yes mine did too. I wondered why they'd stopped until I checked spam

For some reason, my daily updates went away - then mysteriously came back a few days later!

I had this exact same problem several months ago. After a week or two of not receiving notifications, I inexplicably started receiving the notifications again and have been receiving them ever since.
