Interesting article on a new drug to treat OCD which regulates glutamate.
As there seems to be a link between RLS and excess glutamate, maybe this new drug going through trials could be useful.

It looks like it is useful for Als as well. I’m always hoping something comes about where they find a non opioid that does as good as any to relieve severe symptoms
