Does this make sense to you?

If I wear leggings tights socks especially if I am walking after my legs feet get hot and my RLS is higher than normal. I associated heat with RLS in my case.

My RLS symptoms get worse if my feet and legs are hot. I can’t stand any blankets past my thighs at night even when it’s cold. I purchased socks that have gel packs. I keep them in the freezer and use them off and on at night. The colder my feet are the better I feel.

Thanks for your reply in our case it seems so I never had hot feet till menopause
