After doing more and more research on RLS. Finally I have come up to conclusion. Before I advised zinc and iron(ferrum) supplement for RLS. NowI want to add one more medicine which is absolutely related to human behavior for RLS.
It's Tarantula Hip 200 homeopathy medicine. Tarantula is an spider which march on the beat of drum. Same behavior is found in human. Their is an wonderful article about how African tribes catch tarantula hip.
Please use this drug tarantula hip. With zinc met 200 and ferrum phos 6x.
Tarantula not only work on RLS but also it refresh and rejuvenate your mind.
Thanks & regards
Abhishek

In your last post you said zinc works great forRLS. I did comment then that people often state somethings worked, then come back again later and said something else works.
I wondered why people do that.
I have no wish to be offensive but I do wonder why if something works great anybody would want to find out about what else might work.
For myself I have found something that works. It does work, and for myself, I have no need to look for anything else. In addition there has been "research", i.e. scientifically carried studies demonstrating, it's effectiveness.
Myself, athough I've read tne scientific studies, I haven't ever carried out research about RLS because I'm not a medical researcher.
Perhaps a misunderstanding then, but to say you have done research and come to a conclusion is very misleading.
If you really have done some research, I apologise. If so please give a reference to where you had it published.
In the meantime. If zinc and now tarantula both work for you, that is good news for you and I hope it continues to so.
I woudn't want to deter anybody else that wants to try these remedies to go ahead and do that. I only hope they're not disappointed with the result.
I'm sure you had the best intentions in sharing your experience and thank you for that.
You're not gonna find any strong scientific evidence for an obscure homeopathic product. If indeed there is an active ingredient in Tarantula hispanica (TH) that can help with RLS, that's great. That being said, RLS is a chronic disease, you're gonna have to take that product every day. The product at the base of TH is a neurotoxic chemical from wolf spiders. I would not recommend using such a product daily since homeopathic products are not properly evaluated, reviewed and quality controlled.
Best case, you convince yourself that it helps and it actually does through placebo effect. Most likely case, the product is so diluted by homeopathic principles that you only lose money and end up disappointed. Worst case, you slowly poison yourself with a neurotoxin.
The only scientific papers I found about this are from homeopathic journals. These papers do not meet proper peer review practices. They have an inherent interest in advocating for homeopathy as a whole and from what I've seen, they have very low quality standard for accepting a paper. The methodology for the papers I found are essentially a review of historical testimonies from century old texts (19th century and older and philosophical essays on homeopathy). No clinical trials, no dosing, no evaluation of toxicity, not even proper historical contextualization of the texts that it uses or a serious methodology to explain why certain texts from certain periods were chosen and why others were not.
You want to take that yourself, OK. But be aware that people suffering from RLS (me included) are desperate for solutions and will try almost anything. In this context, I don't think that advocating for something like TH is wise.
I'm glad you wrote that. When I've written on similar lines in the past, I've been berated for being negative and preventing people from trying something that might help
rather than
Preventing people from wasting money and possibly harming themselves with something potentially much more harmful than TH.
I think your comment that ‘you want it to work’ is what many of us are praying for when we take any medication. And in doing so, for awhile, we convince ourselves that it is working, when in reality, it is doing nothing.
