Does anyone know if Naloxone makes RLS worse? I have been prescribed it for sacroiliac sprain but my RLS is so severe that I am worried about taking it. Thank you

Naloxone
No-it will actually help relieve most RLS symptoms. It is a form of oxycodone made to prevent addiction etc.
Naproxen is an NSAID like ibuprofen only stronger.
It should do your RLS no harm.
What medication are you taking for RLS?
Hi Bedith, I believe you mean Naproxen. I take it every morning for my osteoarthritis in my ankle ( have been taking it for years). It does not affect my RLS. My RLS has been very manageable this whole last year. My combination is 0.26 mg of Prolonged Released Mirapexin (or Pramipexole), with 2 co-dydramol (10/500) (plus 1 high strength Senokot to prevent constipation) and 0.5 mg of Clonazepam. No RLS during the day, sometimes a bit restless in the evening but sleep like a baby at night. A hot bath beforehand helps too. I have been through it all. Came off DA’s slowly, went onto Gabapentin but that did not work. Just watch your triggers. Good luck and take care.
