Rls and cannabis

Have any of you ever used cannabis for rls before taking gabapentin i use to find this to work better than anything but due to drug tests at work i could no longer use it iv seen a few documentary's on tv were a few people also used it for rls from young people to old aged pensioners and they all swore by it whats peoples opinions

IF you live in Britain or the north of Ireland you can access Project Twenty21 to obtain medical cannabis (which would hopefully negate any work tests).

I woke this morning at 4am by pain and restlessness. I have recently made some vape juice with cannabis and after a few puffs all issues had begun to subside and within 30 minutes I was back asleep.

There are some drugs, with minimal side-effects compared to other often used drugs, that are quite effective for many with RLS . Cannabis, Opiates and Kratom are the ones I have found best.

I hope you get relief from the gabapentin.

There are a number of sites with step by step guides to a variety of ways. I went for the easiest way to get it done quickly - adding PG & VG to decarboxylated cannabis (dried in the oven at a low temp - a must do step that is often overlooked) and keeping over a pan of water at around 80c temperature for 4 or 5 hours.

You could always do an alcohol extraction 1st and create RSO and then mix in your PG & VG but it is a lot of work and you don't need to do it.

DO NOT make my mistake and add more PG as the THC is absorbed out better as it leaves it impossible to vape without burning out coils like no mans business. Better to err on the side of caution and add more VG - trust me!
