Need guidance

I am looking for help,i have jittery legs at night,as though i am getting an electric shock at my ankles which is causing me to kick my feet in bed .This has led to me sleeping on the couch on numerous occasions

I have had a head CT scan,nothing there,spoke to a hospital doctor,hopeless.

Don't know what to do next.If anyone can suggest my next course of action regarding this contact me via here.
