Thanks, I'll see if I can find one here in Greece. Glad it helps you

Hi madlegs, could you tell me which 1 you purchased please? There are so many to choose from, I would think coming from someone with rls who has had good results would be better. I am sick of having to thump my legs constantly, it doesn’t help my back for 1, bending over all the time. Thankyou....

I don't know where I got it - some craft show. It has a handle about 18 inches long with a sliding switch for two speeds. A thumping vibrator head is at the other end.

I've seen similar ones on Amazon or eBay. The ones with a single hammer are better than the double ones.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, it sounds good. May I ask where you bought it?

Hey Memmy , I bought it online at medmassager .

I bought a TENS machine online to do much the same. I never makes the RLS go away, but it does give temporary relief when I'm suffering a particularly bad episode and walking alone is not enough to get relief. Think it was only about £30 on amazon.

Yes - He was very cute! =)

I have used an electronic massager for a couple of years and wouldn't be without it. It is called a percussion massager.

That's it-- couldn't think of the correct name.🤩

Yes and no. There are nights it works very well and other nights it seems to aggravate, but it's part of my arsenal of natural alternatives for nightly use.

Hi regarding restless legs.

My mother has suffered with restless legs

For many years , last year I bought her

The mini bike pedals. She uses them

As soon as possible when her legs start

Twitching. Amazingly they really work.

I can't remember if they were from the

Aldi or Lidyll but for around £15.00

They are like a miracle to mum.
