Hi Blueeyes, That’s not a nice combination you are suffering. Would you let us know what medications you are taking so that we can maybe advise you.

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing both of those conditions. For the RLS, I found that kratom works well for mitigating symptoms. There are, of course, a number of pharmaceuticals as well, and contributors to this website can provide you lots of helpful information on those.

One approach that you might want to consider, particularly given that you have both of those conditions, is neurofeedback. I’ve received neurofeedback training, and it’s my understanding that it can sometimes help both conditions. Alas, it doesn’t work for everyone. The good news, however, is that I understand those two conditions respond fairly quickly if they’re going to respond at all. That is, you should know within a relatively short number of sessions (perhaps 5-10) whether you’re going to be one for whom neurofeedback will provide relief.

I recommend the Othmer approach to neurofeedback. More information is available at EEGInfo.com, and they can steer you to a broad network of practitioners.

Best of luck to you!

Doug

It's not legal here and I am petrified of being locked up in jail where they won't treat me with the medicine I take now,

I would smoke if not for the jail thing,I'd never make it in jail and they don't care!
