It’s after 1 A M and I can tell it will be another night of leg shaking and little or no sleep! Seems like a relatively good night (3 hours sleep) is always followed by several horrible ones. Starting to think all the meds I’m taking are a waste of time and money! I can’t believe the are people out there that have had this problem for years and years and maintain there sanity and a sense of humor. God bless them!

You're not alone.
I tend to agree with you. How you all manage to do the usual things of daily living like shopping, travelling working, driving I don't know. It's an absolutely dreadful condition and although I have peripheral neuropathy, my heart goes out to you all.
Hiya. I've suffered with RLS for a while. I guess different things work for different people so I can say what works for me. I read an NHS article which suggested Coedine as a solution. Turns out that Coedine stops my RLS from occuring and I can sleep without interruption. May not work for u but it's a life saver for me. nhs.uk/conditions/restless-...
