That's an excellent description, I will print it off and wave it in the direction of the next person who says it's cramp when they have asked for an explanation regarding rls. I realise rls symptoms are difficult to describe but to be then told it is cramp brings me almost to screaming pitch. So thank you Manerva for the link.l

I use it all the time. It is still the BEST reference ever as far as diagnosis of RLS.
