Pregabalin doseage

I have been on pregabalin at 300 mm at 7pm at night for the past 3 weeks but I still get rls at night how far can I up the dose I was thinking of upping it to 350 mm

I have been off of mirapex for 8 weeks I was on 2*0.88

You can rise the drug quite a bit.

I'd urge caution, I know its difficult but go slow - you are still getting over the DA so need to move gently.

I would take things very slowly. Withdrawal symptoms can last months so it is still very early early days for you. 300mg is usually the max dose for RLS.

Check your iron levels & ensure serum ferritin is above 100 and serum iron above 60. Raising levels can really help 50% of RLS sufferers.
