Won't do you any harm-- as long as you don't take too much.
It is touted as an anti-inflammatory.
I put the powder into everything.
Can't say it stops rls.
As I say, no harm in it.😜
I use turmeric a lot - usually the fresh root - but haven't noticed any impact on my rls. That said, I have been advised that it is difficult to absorb without an additional ingredient which apparently is present in black pepper so maybe I should look to that!
I use turmeric as a supplement to help with arthritis, and it does help a lot, but no help with RLS. But everyone is different; it might help someone out there.
I tried tumeric for RLS, didn't do much if anything for me.
