SIGNED IN TO HEALTHUNLOCKED

I log into HealthUnlocked threw my email but it keeps logging me out. Should I log in through google?? Just want to know how most of you log in?? Ty

You normally get an option 'remember me' or Save password for HealthUnlocked? and that lets you click for the site to remember your password and no more signing out.

Mine is now odd and frustrating. I can access on my phone without having to log on again but on my laptop it asks for a password now. I use my google one ( have gmail ) & it asks me to verify who I am with another password I do not recall & have no reminder for so I give up & just use phone. Any ideas how to solve gratefully received!

I think you may need to reset your gmail password.

When you get a chance to log in, do so with email option and then reset the password (there will be a little 'forgotten password?' in blue below log in). That should hopefully send you through the gmail process and all data can be reset.

You can also with facebook if you have an account there.

When I first signed up I just checked the box that says remember me or something like that to save changing my password. +"then it still refusing me access So maybe try that
