Extended Release Sifrol - HELP

I used to take Sifrol 0.18 for RLS ( muscle stiffness) about 3 hours before bed but because it was conflicting with my sleep and was giving me Insomnia, my Doctor switched it to the Sifrol to the "Extended Release" one. I take this at 6 pm so I can be able to sleep by 12 am or 1 am without casing any problem. However, I still feel some stiffness on my right leg and right arm when Im about to sleep. I used to take the ER sifrol long time back for some period at 5 or 6 pm, and never had this problem. But now even though I take rivotril with it in order to help me to fall asleep, still not really working and I can feel this disturbtion/stiffness on my right side. Can some one tell me is this because I switched to ER after long time, or am I taking it way too far before bed?

Appreciate your help. Thanks a lot.

It sounds to me like you may be taking the Sifrol too early. You'll have to try different times. The Rivotril may be best about 2 hours before trying to sleep.

Another thing is that you might be suffering augmentation. If so then the Sifrol, normal OR extended release may be causing it.
