Good news with a fantastic nights sleep

After 10 night of taking cbd oils I have had 9 great nights sleep, I think it’s worked for me as before my night were bad , I hope those also taking the oils have had success , I bought mine from H& B £20

What strength is the CBD oil please?

Mine is 5mg from H & B , I want to say it’s been fantastic from day one, I have been taking it for nearly two weeks and only had one bad night, I find you have to spread the oil out I have 2 drops at 5, 7 ,and 9 , I know you will be pleased

I too have had great success with CBD oil! I’m Taking 25-30 mg (2-3 teaspoons ) of Full Spectrum CBD Oil from marijuana plant ( not hemp) that comes infused in grape seed oil in order to use for cooking has given me solid sleep. Because the oil is considered an edible it takes about 2 hours to take effect. I still need to take Percocet (3/4 of a 5mg tablet) for the restlessness. The CBD has allowed me to stop taking either Valium or Lunesta for sleep. I bought it at a medical marijuana dispensary in Massachusetts where recreational marijuana is legal. Thus they can sell the CBD oil from the marijuana plant not hemp plants. Beady, glad it’s working for you too!

Yes, because it’s mixed with grape seed oil for cooking. I’m just sipping the oil straight rather than making cookies 😊
