I live in a small country, and there is no doctor I think that know about the syndrome.
For my legs I can bear it like don’t know but my arm and shoulder I have a storng feeling of heavines, stabing in my chest, numbing and every kind of sensations that keep me awake at night. Please please please if someone can suggest me something. That has helped you woth your arm, or does any one had the problem with arms.

Have you been checked for cardiac problems? This sounds a bit like an issue with the heart, more than it sounds like RLS.
Please have that looked at if you have not yet done so.
There is a higher risk of cardiac problems in RLS patients than in others, and if you are a woman (are you?) then such problems present in all sorts of odd ways, unlike in men.
What worries me is that as Parminter refers to, it sounds to me like you have a heart problem. A stabbing pain in your chest is a possible sign of Ischaemic heart disease. If the pain in your shoulder and arm is your LEFT arm, this is even more significant.
I did ask you in another post if you have seen a doctor. This post confirms you haven't.
I can't imagine what it must be like to live in a country with no doctor!!!
In which case, it may not be that you don't have RLS at all, this can really only be confirmed by medical diagnosis.
In any event, whatever you do in your country when you need medical attention, it would be in your best interest to do it.
Maybe arm shoulder pain caused if you are carrying heavy bags etc. or lifting more than is suitable for you. Sometimes there's a simple obvious answer to a problem and perhaps thought about before one gets carried away worrying about possible heart issues. Wishing you good luck anyway!!
