It’s not always my legs- sometimes I feel like I itch and have to scratch, sometimes I just have to turn from one side to the other every 20 seconds, and sometimes my heart feels like it is rushing. It’s only exclusively in my legs when I am on a plane journey. Is this still RLS?

Hi Hogs, this doesn't sound like RLS to me. It doesn't fit the criteria Elisse has given the link to.
It sounds like several things rather than one thing.
What do you mean by heart "rushing" do you mean your heart is beating faster?
