Suffered on and off since i was 11 yrs im now 67

Certain medications and i never know till i take them set it off. Drinking ice tea set it off. Especially decaf. It took me years to figure that one. Raised in the south. Who knew. Anything you put in your body. Meds, Drinks, Certain foods. Hot tubs are horrible anything that stimulates the bottom of legs or even touches them . No massages either. PITA

Sounds like me! I have also had it that long with no notion of what triggers it. I woke up with it this a.m, and just got up. I started on chores and didn't take any meds. It went on it's own accord. There seems no logic or pattern to it. I manage it with Ropinerol every day , but take as little as I can manage so as to avoid augmentation. Some days are better than others.
