The site won’t let me reply to anyone. Says it’s a “no-reply.”

I’ve had an email to say there is a problem with the site that is affecting some accounts. They are working on fixing it.

Hi marsha,

I see that you were able to reply to two postings seven hours ago. You also wrote about help on replying to postings seven hours ago as well. I take it the problem has now been resolved regarding replying to others in this community? I hope so.

Hmmm. It’s only on my phone that it won’t. Says I have to pick a community, which I have and did again; did that and then tells me I can’t reply unless I’m a follower. Repeats this......

Hi, Marsha, it sounds to me like you have not logged in to healthunlocked on your phone. Scroll down to where it asks you to enter your email address, and do that. And below that it says "Already a member"? Click on the "Log in" link. Once you're logged in, it will remember which community you belong to, and will come up with the RLS community. Good luck.

Marsha, do you see anywhere on your phone screen where you can log in? If not, you might try contacting healthunlocked and tell them of this problem. If you do this, send them the make and model of your phone (I.e., iPhone, model 6S), and if you can, take a picture of your phone's screen when you use it to go to the healthunlocked.com website. Good luck!

Marsha, I always use my phone - now too. Go to profile tab and see if you’re logged in. If you are, log out and in again. It may help.

profile tab only has About Me and Personal Information including birthday and gender - nothing else. On the Home page it says I'm not currently following any communities and I've tried that about 10 times. Just tried again and when I try to reply to someone it says "You need to follow the community to perform this action." Done it several times!
