That seems to be a common finding.

Diet seems to play a large part in rls.

What do you mean by "a bland diet"?

I eat spicy Asian food almost daily, and hae not found them to be a problem.Mind you, I make them myself, and leave out the sugar, and never have chutneys os sweet chilli sauce.

I have found sugar to be the main problem.

My mother couldn't eat cinnamon. Always worth a try; you never know what a person's triggers might be. Sure glad you found it helps!
