Recipes for a couple of diets

I just found a new source for some great sounding recipes. I have not tested these to see if they taste good but they make better photos than my usual rice cake with peanut butter. I also dont know if they are really GF low diary and low chem as claimed but at least you know they are their.

FODMAP testing is fairly expensive so I think we might be starting to benefit from more testing by getting a better variety of foods.

I will treat these recipes vary warily until I have proved that they are low enough everything to suit me. When things are going smoothly I might try one for several nights and see what happens. My main diet will remain pretty conservative.
