Where I would sit on the landing and cry until I fell asleep right there!
I couldn’t sleep and nothing would stop it!
I thought I would post as since meningitis my health has got worse and often find myself ill in hospital WITH what I’ve always called
“sleepless leg syndrome”...
Can you imagine being ill that you can’t move, can’t move vigorously or do anything to get rid of it... luckily I’m often on tablets where I can’t help but fall asleep; sometimes I’m lucky to have family to rub my legs (wether it’s subconsciously ) sometimes works, sometimes I feel its lack of movement setting on lately but often in the past even being busy/moving didn’t dissolve it :/
Thanks

So, are you on any meds or talked to your doctor about this? If you have had it since you were a kid, it is most likely genetic. I would be asking any family members if they have RLS. 70% of all RLS is Primary RLS, which is the genetic kind.
