Circadin or Melatonin has been known to make RLS worse for some people, and its usually only taken for a short period if time. I am glad its helping you tho.

Melatonin made my RLS worse when I tried it, but each to their own as we know. Glad to hear your positive feedback re Guys. I had my first meeting with them last week, and am going back on 27th July for the overnight sleep study. Did you have a sleep study? Just interested to share experiences really!

Thanks Peter. Dumb question, but with my RLS I can be up out of bed for 90% of the night, often in and out of bed 10 to 20 times. Not unusual for RLS sufferers. How do they wire up and monitor a typical severe RLS patient in these circumstances? Also intrigued to know what they were able to tell you that you didn't already know?

they do wire u up so its not possible too move much or u will pull out wires ! but they just reconnect you even in middle off night or if u need loo or stretch your legs ! so dont worry ! they get u back in for results and a chat !
