Has anyone heard of or tried ozone therapy for RLS? I came across it but not sure where. I'd love to know any results.

You will not find any results on ozone therapy and RLS.

Well, I do not have ANY idea where you would have seen ozone (oxygen therapy) for an RLS treatment. I have gone deep into Google and asked an RLS doctor about it, and there is nothing, no info, etc. Anything I see says it MIGHT help activate your immune system, but RLS is neurological, so doubt that is connected at all. If you DO find where you saw it, would like the source please, so I can at least read it.

I did a lot more searching and found it mentioned at a clinic site that does both. I thought perhaps it went together. Sorry to have bothered you.

I have recently come across a group selling ozone equipment. I was given a very long marketing lecture, plus some entirely unconvincing testimonials. It was clear they had no idea what RLS-WED is. Then, serendipitously, I came across another person who used to be 'in the game', He said it was completely inappropriate, don't waste your money.

As sufferers, we must understand that our desperation leads us to some bad (and very expensive) choices. We must not believe in miracles, there aren't any.

I have no doubt that bathing in warm, ozonated water bubbling about will have good qualities, but I think this is not one of them.

Thank you. I did some further research and did not see much of a connection. And, don't worry, I fully understand the money grab of the "neo-wellness" industry and research carefully. I rather deal with getting up and pacing, stretching and using icepacks at night than take any of the drugs so I always look for natural remedies. I do know that what I have a rare, relaxing day I have much less RLS. That has been my only consistent approach that so far has been a no-fail. But, getting that relaxing time is not easy.
