I have recently seen an American site describing treatment for RLS based on Injections of Iron. I believe it originated at the John Hopkins Hospital and I wonder if anyone in the UK is using this treatment

There are lots of posts concerning iron infusion - just put it in the search box on the top right. I'm not sure what the protocol is for an iron infusion instead of oral or transdermal supplemental. Oral worked fine for me Ferrous Bisglycinate. For transdermal search for PatchMD website.
