i have it & it started when I lived in oldham years ago & I was given Balneum suoer plus cream & I put it on before bed time every night & prior to going to anywhere where Im going to be sat down for any length of time

Why would you have been given this? It’s used for itching and dry skin. Did a dr give it you? If so, j don’t see the reason why, for rls?

Yes I know when I was very first given it I was sceptical for that very reason to be fair , but I thought cos Id never heard of it I can at least try it & go back to the doctors if it didnt work -I tried it & not looked back

is it worth you trying it as a one off - you can also buy it over the counter & see how you go. I get it on prescription & if i finish it before its due them i go & buy some
