What is your iron levels for RLS

Any idea if 170.7 is good

That was mine last year

I do t have an up to date Iron level.

The normal range for ferritin would be 50 to 200. Anything upto 400 would be ok.

Unless your serum ferritin is below 50 - don't get too hung up about it.

In the last 9 months my ferritin level has only gone up 10 points and it was at a level of 7 and now it is at 17 and the doctor only increase my iron pills by one I don't know how much longer I can wait for these things to work
