Hi all

I saw a video that said this can really help with RLS ? My whole body was stretching last night but 2-4 Kalm tablets are helping me to at least keep asleep even if my body isn’t being still !

That’s great. Sleep is elusive for most of us so anything that helps is welcome.

I’ve been taking potassium ( in the form of cream of tartare) every morning and night for weeks & I do think I sleep better when I take it.

how do you take this cream of tartare then, how long have you taken it and how long did it take to see improvements? x

I’ve been trying a lot of things including compression socks, cannabis oil capsules from CBD brothers, moving timing of meds to an hour before sleeping & theanine & taurine at night.

It could be any one of these or a combination or the disease going into a quieter phase.

I take 1/2 teaspoon cream tartare, 1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink rock salt in small glass of orange juice just before bed

I try anything that seems to have worked for other people on here & if I don’t notice any improvement after 3 months, I drop it.

I’ve stuck with all the above though.

Hi Jools. What dosages of mag taurate and mag threonine (sp?) do you take? I think I read about mag threonine being a form of magnesium that effectively crosses the brain barrier in a book by Dr David Perlmutter. Thanks for any info. Take care. irina1975

1000mg taurine & 250 mg L- theanine at night.

I think they help, but not sure.

Sorry Irina, I take L-theanine but I have also read that magnesium threonine crosses the blood brain barrier.

That seems like a lot! The Adrenal cocktail uses 1/4 tsp of both sea salt and cream of tartar mixed with juice. gotmag.org/the-adrenal-cock...

I’ll adjust dose accordingly. Thanks DicCarlson. It’ll save money as well.
