Had friends for Christmas afternoon tea and ate toasted tea cakes, mince pies and shortbread for starters. Had hardly any problem with legs that night. Scales not too happy but sugar obviously not a trigger for me

Well i suppose that is some good news on the sugar front. Which means you can eat all the naughty sugary treats over Christmas. But i know what you mean about the scales. :( Sugary food has no effect on my RLS either, but i try very hard to control my addiction for chocolate and sweet foods. I cant afford to buy a bigger size in clothes. :D
