Hi all and thank to all your kind replys from my last post.

Have seen my dr and she doesn't know about RLS so she has reffered me to neuro. She has given me something to help me sleep in the mean time and they do work. Just got a long wait to see them !! never mind at least the ball is rolling now.

Amitriptyline 10mg tab a night can take 2 if really bad.

I thought it may be Amitriptyline. Very few sufferers with RLS can tolerate this drug but it looks like you are ok with it and long may that last. Here is a link to Medications to Avoid and it is listed there. rls-uk.org/treatment/
