Hi

I've just read an article on 'what causes inflammation' on the above website. It lists all of the triggers which include household sprays and chemicals!

My opinion is.....inflammation is not anything to do with having RLS.

My last CRP and ESR both showed negligible inflammation.

Many of the posts on here are prescription related. I think it's good from time to time to offer up possible alternatives, especially for new people.

I changed all my household products and makeup and shampoos etc etc to avoid dodgy chemicals and Zeno oestrogens and it hasn't made a blind bit of difference to my RLS.

I was surprised how reasonable prices were though- I had to buy 10 litre wash liquid and I prefer the products to supermarket goods so at least that's a happy result.
