Good morning from Spokane

Hello friends. The klonopin is working well. It's so nice to sleep all night HOWEVER it was hubby's bday and we had cake after Sichuan takeaway. It was delicious but at 4a.m. I had some slight breakthrus on one leg. Watching the posts here about certain food has alerted me to such matters. πŸ€“

Wishing all of you a super day.

Oh isn't that the worst?! Pfft

You never know what each day will bring. I think our step counters like the fitbit should be able to count each twitch or spasm as a step. πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ€“πŸ€“

Happy belated birthday to your husband. :)

Sichuan has msg? Probably that triggered it and the sugary cake was cherry on top πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I strongly believe it is food related.

Sometimes we have to live like "normal " people to enjoy life :)) I am off to experiment alcohol tonight :)) will see how I suffer afterwards :)

Hope you had a good time with hubby on his birthday.

Above link to recent study on association dementia and use of Klonopin. I take a small amount occasionally for sleep, not more than once a week. But will ask my doc about shorter acting benzos after reading above.

I was joshing. Yes I know about the side effects. I'm hoping to be only short term. Yes there are shorter acting. That's next on my list too.

Good luck
