It is driving me crazy I get the feeling all through my body, sleepless nights even my jaw is tense and painful at times.

Hi are you taking any medications for RLS or anything else?

I have seen my doctor and he has just shrugged it off, but in the last 3 months it's getting worse. Sleepless night but when I've had enough I take temazepam but I don't rely on them as I would hate to get addicted to this medication. I'm from Tasmania Australia. I have recorded the names of medication from other people, I'm going back to the doctors next week and press the point with him lol. Let's hope he can help me 🙄

Medication: Rosuvastatin 5mg, Asprin, magnesium, vitamin D, Temazepam, take it from time to time.

This problem has been gradual over the years, it has come to the point it's all over my body now and more frequent in the last Six months. This only happened during the night but now it has crept in during the day 😩😩😩😩 Also Borderline diabetic in the last two years.

I'm not sure what has changed, but I had an amputation of my leg at the age of 20 I am now 58. I have had a bit of stress in the last year but not to the point I couldn't cope.

I appreciate all the information I can get thank you so much 😊

You need to show your doctor some info from these posts, it is very hard to face on your own without professional help. If they could just for one hour experience the horror of this condition, it would make all the difference

Temazepam is what the doctor prescribed for me for restless legs but this medication can be addictive , I only take them and only needed them from time to time but now it's getting more frequent day and night, so I really don't want to rely on Temazepam.
