Hi,

I have RLS everyday. Anybody knows why it happens and how to alleviate it?

Thanks.

Hi and welcome.

Rather than me giving you the usual spiel , you could do worse than spend a happy few hours reading through the last two weeks posts here.

That will pretty much cover all your questions.

Good luck.

Another very good source of information is the RLS UK website. Try starting at rls-uk.org/what-is-rls/. Good luck with dealing with it.

Thank you all for replying.

In my case it is not much disturbant, just annoying. I was wondering whether it is a symptom or a disease. It is a fact that it happens more frequently when I am in accompany then alone. Maybe it is linked to the type of introvert that I am and to the discomfort that many people usually convey to me. I am a choosy person too.

I am also wondering if it can be linked to anti-histamines i have taken for quite a long time for my allergy.

RLS is neurological, have you been diagnosed with RLS. ? Anti-histamines can make RLS worse, thats the only link. You need to look at the criteria for RLS and see if you have all of them.
