Hey everyone

Just an update my RLS has reduced considerably and I am not aneamic anymore, the iron supplements I've been having helps, it took longer because I didn't have the tablets regularly

Thought I'll update incase anyone else has RLS due to iron deficiency aneamia, if so make sure you take your iron supplements regularly it does work!

Hey Sue, the latest news is that iron supplements for anemia are better taken every other day. More trials are underway. My favorite kind is ferrous bisglycinate and I have to take it at night (never day) and on an empty stomach. I am nowhere near anemic yet the iron works with each and every attack. I don't get it every night so I don't take the iron every night. Very happy for you.
