Just wondering which brand everyone is using? There seem to be a few different brands out there, all varying in price, so I'm wondering which is the best to try.

I use one by Solgar, which is called Gentle Iron. Not expensive and widely available. 25 mg. of iron bisglycinate. Take it at night, not during the day. (At least that is what seems to work the best for those of us who take iron.)

If you are in the UK Holland & Barrett sell Solgar Gentle Iron, 20mg capsules. I have posted the cost previously, I think it was in the region of a tenner.

I tried it and it and it really upset my gut so I had to stop. Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'm glad it works for some people though.

Solgar and Floradix. The latter causes no constipation at all.

I take Amino Iron. Since I live in Norway, you probably cannot get the brand I take (Vitalkost) where you are. I just looked this up on Amazon, though, and found Amino Iron by Douglas Laboratories. I take one a day and don’t get stomach issues.
