Having checked with my diary, and experienced tonight, I've discovered that Niks Throat Infusion tea, taken at night, appears to aggravate my RLS.

Ingredients: Lime-tree blossoms (30%)

Aniseed (30%), Wild Thyme (17%), Thyme (10%)

Marshmallow leaves (5%), Mallow leaves (4%)

Pansy (3%), Cornflower blossoms (1%)

One of the above ingredients may be the culprit.

Could be something in there that triggers your RLS. I try to find out what my triggers are by keeping a note of any new foods/vitamins I take but as I get RLS every single night, it's difficult to isolate every trigger. Sugar is a definite trigger for me.

It shows the benefit of keeping an intake diary.

It may be none of the actual stated ingredients but rather some other nonstated substance such as noncaking agent or colouring which the manufacturer is not admitting.👾

It is never easy where this affliction is concerned.😎

Actually, an hour ago, I had a cup of YogiTea "Breathe Deep" tea, and a Solpadol, which I hope will help me relax, and sleep. I'm all out of my usual Camomile.

My breathing is compromised, due to Sarcoidosis in the 1970s, leaving me mucousey, tired, and prone to colds.

My RLS wasn't so bad this evening. An hour or so walking up and down the kitchen. 20 mins in bed and up again with rls in my right shoulder.

I've been on Mirapexin for 10 years (0.16). I know about augmentation. It's time to have a serious chat with my doctor.
